Who are we?
Everday is a business unit of the Greenchoice Group. Everday comes from more than 13 years of experience. Thirteen years of developing, building and operating over 300 installations – representing more than 1 million panels with a capacity of 400MWp. This for their own account and risk as well as for partners. From the experience in the field of maintenance and (technical) Solar Asset Management, the ambition was born to also take charge of solar systems in the B2B market realized by third parties and thereby optimize their performance. Our ambition is to continue to grow strongly in the coming years.
What will you do?
We want to continue to grow Everday into a leading and progressive organization in the maintenance and management of large solar installations.
As a Business Improvement Specialist, you will have a team-wide role focused on continuous improvement. You will be an enquirer and point of contact within and outside the team for complex issues dealing with your own process. You spot bottlenecks like no one else and take action. You translate and realize developments into improvement plans for your own team and our organization.
You will also engage in data driven products/services to expand Everday’s product portfolio and provide our customers with actionable solutions. You will also be a product owner of these data-driven products and services.
You and we take responsibility for our own work but are always willing to help each other. This is how we contribute to the growth of our Everday business unit.
Your team
In the Operations and Solar Asset Management team within Everday, you will be managed by a manager. In addition, the team consists of about 7 team members, some of whom are solar asset managers, an engineer and an executor. In addition, Everday consists of the Sales and Service teams under the direction of a business unit manager, total we now work with 25 team members.
You will work from our location in Rosmalen, next to the Autotron. We are easily accessible by car and bus line 90 stops right outside the door.
Your profile
You have a high school working and thinking level. You have demonstrable affinity in process and quality management and are up for a challenge. Furthermore, you preferably have experience in the solar world. You are preferably available for 40 hours per week.
